The services provided by us to the customers include high-quality products. The different types of signs and services we offer include but are not limited to commercial signs, sign repair and installation, business signs, channel letters, flags and blade signs, flat metal signs, vinyl banners, neon signs, paper signs, plastic signs, real estate signs, sign companies, sign maker NJ, sign shops in NJ, signs and awnings, truck wraps, window signs, sign maintenance, brass letters, plastic letters, aluminum letters, step and repeat banner printing, backdrop printing, roll-ups, retractable awnings, and full-color printing.Tommy Signs provides services throughout New Jersey. Some of the areas where our services are available include
Newark, Jersey City, Elizabeth, and other major locations across the state.
2. Placing of Order
You shall call at the phone number provided on our “Contact Us” page with your product information, and we shall design your product.
We shall send you the designed graphics to the email address provided by you, along with the costing required to design, fabricate, and install at your site.
You shall give the approval of the designed graphic and also of the costing to design, fabricate, and install the product at your site within 24 hours of the receipt of the email.
3. Payment and Refund
Upon your approval of the designed graphics, we shall send you the invoice, and you agree that you shall make payment for the invoice in full within 24 hours of the receipt of the invoice.
You agree that the payment shall be made through a credit card over the phone within 24 hours of the receipt of the invoice.
You agree that once the design is approved, and the color is selected, you have 24 hours to make changes. Failing this, the design shall not be changed, and payment shall not be refunded since the products are customized.
You agree that once the approval is given and the payment is made through a credit card, it shall not be charged back. If the card charges back and the payment is not processed, we have the right to initiate legal proceedings against you.
4. Free Shipping and Delivery Schedule
A tentative delivery time will be given along with the formal order confirmation email. The exact delivery date shall be provided as soon as your order is ready for dispatch.We also provide free shipping for all orders over $199 only.Alternatively, all registered users can track their orders by checking

5. Installation of Product
We agree that we shall print the designed wrap after the design is approved, which may take 2-4 days after all the paperwork is completed.
6. Your Obligations
You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself to

In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e., wrong name or address or any other wrong information), any extra cost incurred by
tommysigns.com for re-delivery shall be claimed from you, and you will bear such expenses.
You will provide authentic and true information in all instances where such information is requested of you. We reserve the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by you at any point in time. If upon confirmation, your details are found to be untrue (partly or wholly), we have the right at our sole discretion to reject the order and debar you from using the services of

The address at which the delivery of the product(s) ordered by you is to be made is correct and proper in all aspects.
